Well we have just returned from our first visit to the Avlu 1 Apartments. What can i say it is centrally located so everything is within a 5-10 minute walk yet peaceful and calm. We met amazing friends as the complex was just the right size to sit and speak to everyone around the pool. Murat the owner has over 20 years in the business and he is an absolute credit to his proffession.Nothing and i mean nothing was too much trouble for him, he greeted you every morning and took the time to remember your name. The cleaners did an amazing job and were constantly on the go.The rooms we spotlessly clean every day and again you were always greeted with a smile. Jimmy behind the bar remembered every morning that i could not function ithout my coffee and after the first day as soon as i came out of my apartment he had one waiting for me. These little attentions to detail I believe is what makes for a stressfree holiday. Would i recommend it? Absolutley. So much so we are booking directly for 3 weeks next year. This is a self catering establishement and it does pride itself on simplicity and cleanliness at a 5 STAR STANDARD

Eğer marmaris içmeler de tatil yapmaya karar verdiyseniz,konaklayacagınız en dogru adres avlu 1 derım,sıcak,samimi,temiz,huzurlu,sakin,sesiz aynı zamanda merkezi bir yerde.Evınızı aratmıycak sekılde her türlü detay düşünülmüş,Konumu olarak bankalara, markete, denize herseye yakın.Harika bir on gün geçirdim.Bütün avlu ailesine tessekkur ederim.

Just returned from 2 weeks at Avlu 1 appartments. It was 1 of the best hols yet. The accommodation was just right and the staff were great. Hope to see you all next year.

just returned from 14days in avlu 1 cant wait to go back everything was perfect the rooms are spacious and modern the food was totally awesome so cheap yet better than anywhere else so we ate there most nights would like to thank all staff and management and the owners for making this our best holiday to turkey....we will definatley return

We had a fantastic time in Icmeler. Avlu apartments are A lovely place to stay
. All the staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you.

10.8.2011 Just returned from a 10 night stay at Avlu 1 . 1 bed apartment basic, but clean and enough for our needs. Staff friendly and very helpful, no disturbances but on the doorstep for shops and restaurants and 10min walk to beach. A.C a must very hot , would use avlu 1 again, would have loved a better view, maybe next time!!

Sevgili AVLU APART Sakinleri.Tatilimi şimdiye kadar herşey dahil sistemli yerlerde yapmaktaydım.Ancak sizin buraya tatilimi yapmak icin geldikten sonra tatillerimi boşuna geçirmiş olduğumu anladım.çünkü oralarda kendimi pavlovun köpekleri gibi herşeye şartlandırılmış herşeyi zamanla yapar hale gelen insanlar gibi olduğumu farkettim.Burada ise tatilin bana sunmuş olduğu özgürlüğü tatmış oldum.Buranın sahipleri güzel insanlar.ama hakikaten insanlar.Yardımseverler-dürüstler-saygılılar.Ayşegül abla hakikaten abla.Tümer bey tesisin vatozu.olmazsa olmazı.Pamuk prensesi zeynep.Ayla Algan dünya tatlısı.Onun çarşıya giderkenki siparişini hiç unutmayayacağım.Patron Murat içi dışı bir adam .aynı kafadanız .Kendimi evinde gibi hissettiren böyle bir tesis nadir bulunur.Hele benim çocuklarımla arkadaş olan bardaki arkadaşlarıma emraha ve ilyasa herşey için teşekkürler. Just returned from our 6 th visit to Icmeler, 5 of which we have stayed at Avlu 1. Another great holiday, this time made even more special as we were accompanied by our son, daughter in law and 7 year old grandson. Their first holiday to Turkey, but not their last. They fell for Icmeler's charms and were delighted with Avlu 1. The only downside to this is, ......my husband and I return to Icmeler in September, but sadly we will be staying elsewhere due to circumstances beyond our control. We will however be back at Avlu 1in June 2012 for yet another great holiday.t

Spent a wonderful week at Avlu 1 May 2011. Very peaceful, very relaxing and everyone so caring and friendly. Richard still hasn't recovered from being beaten by Jimmy at pool! Claire was overwhelmed by the birthday cake, cocktail and card on our last morning! Thank you soooo much to all the staff for making our first experience of Turkey such a lovely one. We'll be back!!

2010 yazında avlu 4 te tatil fırsatımız oldu o zamanlar unıversıte ogrencısıydık cok guzel bır tatıl oldu gayet rahat ve sevecen bır yer bu senede balayı planımız vardır ve muhtemel mekanımızdır bende tek sorun cıvardakı lokantaların fıyatlarıdır =(

We stayed in Avlu 4 in Sept 2010 and had a great holiday. The staff were very friendly. The apartments were in a great location and were kept very clean. We are looking to book here again for 2011

Had another great holiday & stay at Avlu 4. I think this is our 5th time and as the first time brilliant. All of the staff Yarus. Citcar, Rose,Tumer and his wife, Murat all make you very welcome. We have already arranged our 2011 hols.

I came to Avlu 1 in July 2007 and absolutely loved it! I loved the staff the rooms and the pools was lovely kept- everything was thank you staff- especially Ferdie Dave and Jamie.
